The master bedroom has a large double bed, doors to the terrace and en-suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom with twin beds and flat screen TV. Third bedroom also with twin beds and separate bathroom with shower.

The building has two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. There is also a 24hr reception service and security at the entrances. Only 2 minutes walk to the beach and located in the heart of Marbella close to everything.

The apartment has air conditioning both in the bedrooms and in the living room.

Bed linen, towels and beach / pool towels are included in the rental price.

The final cleaning of the apartments is included as long as the kitchen is left clean, the apartment collected and the garbage in the street container.
