Wonderful apartment Cent Studio in Svetogorska, Belgrade-Serbia

Apartment Cent Studio is a cozy holiday rental located on Svetogorska Street in the Old town of Belgrade. This eclectic apartment with 40 m2 is suitable for a maximum of three persons.

Apartment Cent Studio is on the second floor of a residential building with an elevator. Initially owned by the Auer family, the building was built during the golden era of Belgrade in 1937. The interior of the building has a stone staircase and an entrance made of marble.

The interior of this Svetogorska accommodation is eclectic, nicely connecting traditional and modern details. It consists of one large room with a queen size bed, sofa, dining corner with a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower.

In the kitchen, you can find everything you need to prepare a meal. We offer biscuits, fruits, coffee, and tea as welcome. You can use free toiletries in the bathroom, as well as a hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

During winter months Studio Atelje is quite warm due to central heating. If you want to cool yourself, you can use a split system air conditioner. Relax in front of large screen TV or use Wi-Fi internet of 50mb/s speed. Through the windows, you can enjoy the view of the Saint Marko’s Church domes and the Serbian Parliament building.

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided, and you can expect a change of sheets and a fresh set of towels every seven days.

There is a beautiful green oasis in the building’s yard where you can sit and enjoy your first-morning coffee or have a glass of wine in the evening.
