KAZOR is a modest, but also agreeable studio in Vrachar, and a decent choice for those who look for an overnight spot in Belgrade. Structurally, it’s a typical bachelor flat – bathroom, kitchenette and a large room that serves the purpose of all other functional areas a living space ought to have. The most prominent piece of furniture (and the best in the apartment) is the queen sized double bed with a giant upholstered headboard. It also takes up the most space in the apartment. The desk can serve as a dining table for two as well, whereas the wardrobe and the coat/shoe rack provide ample space for your luggage. A nice detail about the kitchenette is that it has a microwave and a kettle in.The bathroom is small and modest.
In terms of its location, ZORKA will suit those who wish to be near Slavia or the Clinical Center of Serbia. The neighbourhood it’s in is has a number of shops, cafes and resturants, and a busy night life, so those who come for a night out might also find it interesting. The area also has a number of interesting landmarks – St Sava Temple, Nikola Tesla Museum and the first McDonald’s opened behind the Iron Curtain. On street parking is available, as well as the garage in teh nearby Slavia Hotel. With all this said, KAZOR deserves our recommendations as a comfy overnight spot in Belgrade for two.
