Golden apartment Agarin in Jurija Gagarina, Belgrade-Serbie

Agarin is a thirty square meter studio apartment in New Belgrade with a separate bathroom, kitchen and an open concept living room. It has a small balcony which overlooks a scenery of rather unusual aesthetics (the 62nd Block). The furnishings in the whole apartment are new, and the kitchen, in spite of its relatively small size, has a set of appliances that other, much bigger apartments don’t have. The bathroom is in fact the least appealing bit of the apartment, but it serves its purpose. Given that the apartment has a washer, it is also suitable for medium term stays.
In terms of location, this apartment is by no means standard. It would be absurd to discuss the tourist offer of this part of town, as the block it’s in is the embodiment of socialist ideas of residential areas. However, those who have business or relatives in this part of town (and with the number of residential units in the space, it’s likely that everyone has relatives there) it is very suitable.
