Confortable apartment Kasy in Mileve Marić, Belgrade-Serbia

Nestled on the first floor of a fairly new apartment building, spanning on a well organised floor area  of thirty five square meters, Kasy is a nice and modern apartment for three that is in many respects a rare occurence in our offer. First of all, although it is structurally a studio, its half-partitioning walls actually make it a convenient one bedroom apartment. Apart from the bathroom that is a separate unit, the apartment blends a half partitioned (and rather neat) kitchen, a living room with a small dining area, and a small but rather appealing bedroom (which was snatched from the living room) into a single seamless whole. The interior of the apartment is simple and effective.The layered ceilings with halogen lights, a soothing pallette of colours, hand made pieces of furniture and a small number of decorative details, all add up to a very fine impression.  Sleeping arrangement is 2+1 – in other words a couple can share the double bed in the bedroom and the third person can grab the couch in the living room. There is also a small terrace that overlooks the inner yard of the block of buildings.
One of the extraordinary features of this apartment is its location. It is on the very outer rim of New Belgrade, which makes it relatively close to Belgrade Airport, and quite close to the Sava Wharf which is abundant with various leisure facilities. Parking is available araund the building and free of charge. Therefore, if you wanted a fine accommodation for up to three people in New Belgrade, close to the river Sava, Kasy is literally an excellent choice.
