This fully furnished one bedroom apartment is located in Uptown Manhattan in Harlem, New York. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (considered 1st by Europeans) of a 4-story walk-up building. It is perfectly suited for budget travelers who need a convenient place to stay.
This vacation rental features hardwood floors complemented by contemporary furnishings and two decorative fireplaces. In the living room, there are chairs and sofa facing a television, a trundle bed (a single bed with another single bed under it that can be rolled out) as a dining table. Additionally there is a small alcove with a single size daybed for extra sleeping accommodation. Please note that the living room faces 5th Avenue, a busy street (home to the New York Marathon in November), and therefore guests may experience some noise. The kitchen is separate and equipped with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
Please note: This building is located at a busy 5th Avenue intersection. As such, street noise may be heard throughout the day and night. During the month of November, the NYC Marathon passes right in front of the building.

Morris-Jumel Mansion: This historic home was once used as a headquarters by General Washington during the Revolutionary War. Located at 65 Jumel Terrace. Accessible via train or bus.
Apollo Theater: This functioning theater still offers “amateur night”, an event that has catapulted many African-American legends to fame including Stevie Wonder, Ella Fitzgerald, Diana Ross, and many more. Located at 253 W 125th Street. Accessible via foot.
Marcus Garvey Park: This gorgeous park offers space to relax and soak in the sun’s rays by the swimming pool. Located at 18 Mt Morris Park West. Accessible via foot.
