Attractive apartment Philipine in Hilandarska, Belgrade-Serbia
Description
Philipine is a quiet and calm and modest studio in a pre-war apartment building in downtown Belgrade. Once you pass the grandiose entrance coated in marble, you end up in a fairly simple and pragmatic studio. Behind the upholstered door is the the main and the only room in the apartment (if you discount the bathroom). It has a double bed with a tall headboard, a dining table for three and a kitchen. Next to the bed a small coffee table and an armchair, and the wall has a TV stand with a carrier. The main hallway holds a combined wardrobe with a coat hanger. Finally, the bathroom has a small shower, a washing machine and “natural” airing.
Philipine is a bullseye for anyone looking to stay in the very center of Belgrade. A four minute stroll gets you to the Republic Square and many important public transport routes stop less than a hundred meters away from the apartment. On street parking is next to impossible, but there are two public parking lots within walking distance (daily surcharge is approximately 18 euros). Nevetheless, Philipine is one of the downtown short term rentals that will meet the needs of various types of guests.
