Artistic apartment Goricky in Maksima Gorkog, Beograd-Serbie

Structurally almost identical to the most praised apartment in our offer (and the best new entry in 2014), Goricky is a fine one bedroom apartment in what is possibly the best apartment building in Belgrade. Its fifty square meters are partitioned between the open concept living room,  bathroom, bedroom and a small neatly arranged terrace. The living room takes up the bulk of the interior, and is functionally partitioned into a kitchen, dining and sitting area with a large L-shaped sectional ottoman (that cannot be folded out, but can sleep an additional guest should the need arise). The terrace has double access – from the living room and bedroom, and it is so well arranged that it can easily be used as a social gathering spot, especially for smoker.  The bedroom is simple and comfy – it’s got a standard double bed, night stands and a large built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is elegant and unlikely to cause disagreement even with the fussiest guests – a soothing colour palette, high end ceramics and sanitaries and a lovely built bathtub make up the perfect setting for grooming and hygiene. The kitchen is befitting the surroundings; it’s well equipped and in addition to the standard kitchenware it also has a dishwasher. If we forgot to mention it so far, Goricky is one of the Belgrade apartments with  garage. And it’s not not just a garage but a space that will leave you completely carefree regarding the safety of your vehicle.
Goricky is located in an area that may be designated as the outer rim of the city center. However, given the overall surroundings and the ambiance of the building, this relative distance to the old city core  becomes secondary. In just fifteen minutes on foot, you can get to the St Sava Temple or Slavia Square, and the streets surrounding the building are very busy thoroughfares with many public transport service routes. Those who feel adventurous and need to get to distant parts of Belgrade may want to try their luck with BeoVoz (which is the closest thing that Belgrade has to underground railway) as the station is just 10 minutes away. All in all, if you need an outstanding apartment in Belgrade with its own garage in one of the most amazing residential buildings in Belgrade, Goricky is well worth your time.
