After a beach house for summer?……well they don’t come any better than this house. Situated opposite the golden sands of Palm Beach, Roclands is the ideal house for the perfect family beach holiday.
Wake up to the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach and watch the sun rise over the Pacific Ocean. There is not a house closer to the beach in Palm Beach than Roclands .
The centre of the house is where all the action is. The Living room opens out to the front Deck. Spend hours watching the waves walk down for a swim at the beach.
The master bedroom has a queen with the second main room having a the option of either 2 single beds or a larger king bed. Need some where for the children? The 3rd room has a set of bunks and a trundle whilst the 4th room which is externally accessed is perfect for the teenagers with another set of bunk beds and a TV as well for them to use if needed.
For those needing to keep in touch with the outside world, the house has broadband internet and there is also Foxtel to keep up to date.
Wake up to sunrise on Palm Beach with Roclands . The best beach house in Palm Beach. The house is available over the summer months from December through to April with a 1 week min during the school holidays and weekends are available at other times. The house though is not available for any type of wedding/party/function or Bucks/Hens trips
